I spent 20+ years as a top-performing medical sales specialist, became a best-selling author, and raised 3 amazing kids. The career, the accomplishments, the life that looked great on paper. And underneath it all, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty. I was the duck. Calm on top, paddling like crazy underneath.

So I walked away from corporate after 20+ years. I became a speaker and a Reset Coach where I teach The Reset Method. And I built a movement around helping others do exactly what I did. Push reset. For real this time.
